The UACC is intended to be a not-for-profit, nonsectarian, charitable, and educational corporation. Its purposes are to encourage study, knowledge, and interest in the Ukrainian language and culture; and to be a service organization to the community in the areas of immigration, social, health, legal and senior assistance and/or referral. The UACC considers itself and is intended to be qualified as a tax-exempt, non-profit corporation under the laws of the State of New York and the Internal Revenue Service Laws of the United States.  The UACC is an organization striving to meet the needs of the Ukrainian-American community in the greater Capital District of New York. Our mission is to organize and strengthen the Ukrainian community through education, Ukrainian language and culture, and further integration of recent immigrants into the American society.
